Girls/Tweens Pattern Parcel 5

Fishsticks Playhouse Dress
The Fishsticks Playhouse Dress is a lovely dress featuring puff sleeves and a flared skirt.

Girls dress

It super quick to make with a stylish result:)

Playhouse Dress

This is the first time I have used a stretch knit for the top, and cotton for the flared skirt. It is fractionally large for my daughter, but this is deliberate. She chose short sleeves as we head for winter – it WILL fit next summer!!!

What a great idea for group patterns, and there are some really nice ones there (I particularly like the blue spotty top). However, it takes so long for me to make myself any clothes that I think my daughter would have grown out of anything I started making for her.

Your dress is very pretty. The pattern parcels are a great idea. It's nice to have totally different items rather than variations of the same thing #handmademonday

I loved taking part. I find the generosity of bloggers means I regularly learn new skills - what could be better?!
